STAR SEED WORKSHOPS
All Star Seed Workshops are developed for the specific needs and interests of the attending
participants for each specific Star Seed Gathering location. Listed below are
detailed descriptions of some of the workshop sections taught by Don Anderson.
Each section taught on a sacred site is aligned with the particular purpose of the Star
Seed Gathering event. Some gathering locations can include the participation
of indigenous practitioners; shaman; medicine men/woman; clan woman; ceremonial priests & priestesses and adepts. As each sacred site has its own unique energy signature vibration, the Star Seed group
energy needs to resonate with the sacred site; honor the sanctions by the sites indigenous land keeper(s) & ancestral
spirit lineage; and align with group intentionality purpose.

1. Tracking & Removal Negative Energies
This section teaches how to see, feel and remember fears,
guilt, traumas imprinted in one’s bioenergy field. The first step is learning
how to recognize the negative energies that prevent us from succeeding. The next
step is to transform and remove the energy imprints. Practices are taught for
recognizing and releasing different forms of energy attachments including various types of implants and their applications. Techniques include using the “Third Eye” to view the physical and spirit
realm for removing psychic links that drain one one's energy and weakens the energy field. Additional methods are also taught for grounding lower charkas; alignment of all charkas with spirit-self.

2. Learn To Connect With Cosmic Source
In this section, the group learns how to honor, respect
and connect to the spiritual energy imprintation of the indigenous ancestor spirits of the sacred site. Each individual creates a sacred space by getting in touch with the Soul-Self and then bridging the sacred
space at the group level. The entire group does grounding practices to create
a coherent field for aligning intentions and purpose at the group level. As a
group, we will learn how to recognize and manifest a group energy that supports the goals of the group as Star Children connected
to Cosmic Source.

3. Opening the Third Eye
In this section, each individual learns how to balance their
lower and upper chakas and raise their energy upper chakas opening the third eye. Expanding awareness individually and then working as a group to “See”
into the other realms. One cannot experience and recognize that which one cannot see so various practices are taught
to “See” through the veil. The entire group practices various techniques
to raise the third eye vibration at a group level.

4. Leaving The Conscious Body
In this section, different techniques are taught to slow
down the body’s energy and transform nervous energy into higher vibratory rate.
Through relaxation practices and intentionality states, the group learns how to reach and hold consciousness of
the “Theta Brain Wave-Pattern State” and operate in this state of consciousness.
The group practices individually and then works as a group to travel outside of space-time continuum. Different applications of working in this altered state are reviewed and practiced both individually and
at a group level.

5. Initiation Into The Cosmic Realm
In this section, different spiritual exercises & practices
are reviewed to “Journey Through the Realms.” The group learns how
shamanic journeys; vision quests; traveling the ethers; astral travel are used by adepts, shaman, wizards, mystics, high priests
and priestesses. Illustrations and guidance are given to recognize “entity
beings” & “interactions” to discern if thoughts are coming outside and directed to your perception. Advanced training includes finding and standing in your power spot; walking between
the worlds.

6. Guided Journeys To Other Realms
In this section, specific practices are conducted as the
group expands energy together to journey to other realms. The group practices
together to create energy alignment and harnessing power as a group journeying through the stars and traveling to “home
base” and aligning to recognition of source. Practices and guidance on
navigating as a group; steering intention and learning the distinctions in the role of “observing or participating”
at the group level.

7. Journey Through
the Cosmic Halls
In this section, information is taught to better understand
& recognize one’s life path and learn the karmic aspects in the paths we have chosen. Individual and group journeys to the “Akashic Records Hall” are practiced that enable a greater
understanding how memories are imprinted in the lower and higher realms and where such memories, karmic patterns and Akashic
Records are stored. Specific illustrations are given for accessing the Akashic
Records and decoding the information.

8. Identifying True Self
In this section, an integration of many practices, teachings
and exercises are integrated into knowing & understanding self. Reaching
a greater wisdom in seeing the higher-self enables recognizing spirit and Star Visitor guides & helpers. The group learns advanced levels how to recognize Star Visitor presence and open communications with them
at will. Learning when to lend energy and when to draw back your true power. Advanced meditative journeys to help discover your true nature. Discover
who you are and what agreements you may have made with source on your journey to this planet.
